PROCAD offers flexible maintenance services which provide comprehensive coverage for its software products. This allows customers to choose a level of service best suited for their needs.

Subscription Plan

This plan provides complete coverage for your PROCAD software and is renewed annually. From the time you order, you get the following services:

  • Assistance with installation and setup until the software is operational
  • One free web training session – minimum purchase requirements apply
  • Discounts on additional training
  • Technical support by phone and/or email
  • Access to online tutorials
  • Free software upgrades
  • Provide Enhanced Network Licenses which allows redeployment by checking them in and out of the company’s license pool
  • Accelerated bug fixes

An annual fee applies for this plan

Initial Start-up Assistance

When you order PROCAD software without enrolling in the Subscription Plan, you will still receive the necessary assistance to get your software up-and-running. Initial start-up assistance includes the following services:

  • Assistance with installation and licensing
  • One free technical support incident within first month of purchase
  • Limited access to online tutorials

This one-time assistance is provided free of charge 

On-Demand Technical Support

If your company opts out of the Subscription Plan, you can acquire technical support on pay-per-incident basis.

Charges for technical support, installation & setup and re-licensing are listed below:

$175 for standard support incident – additional charge of $125 if case takes more than 1 hour to resolve (or any increments thereof)

Initial installation & setup assistance at time of purchasing new software or upgrades

New license issued for crashed drives

For 2D DESIGNER V2010, 3DSMART V2010 and for PapriCAD 2D V1.0

$250 for standalone license

$500 for network license

Insufficient kill codes or 2D DESIGNER V2008 and 3DSMART V2008 (or earlier)

$250 for standalone license
