PROCAD offers many services for comprehensive software product coverage.

Maintenance Plan

This plan is valid for current customers enrolled before April 1, 2017. It is not offered with new Subscriptions.

The Maintenance Plan provides complete coverage for your PROCAD software and is renewed annually. From the time you order, you get the following services:

  • Assistance with installation and setup until the software is operational
  • One free web training session – minimum purchase requirements apply
  • Discounts on additional training
  • Priority technical support by phone and/or email
  • Access to online tutorials
  • Free software upgrades
  • Accelerated bug fixes

Annual Fees

An annual fee payment is required for the Maintenance Plan.

Initial Start-up Assistance

Whether your company is enrolled in PROCAD’s Maintenance Plan or not, you will receive the following complementary services:

  • Assistance with installation and licensing
  • One free technical support incident
  • Access to online tutorials 

On-Demand Technical Support

If your company opts out of the Maintenance Plan, you can acquire technical support on pay-per-incident basis.
